The Senior Analyst partners closely across FPA, Accounting, People, and Data teams to deliver accurate reporting, scalable planning processes, and increasing automation and AI-enabled workflows.</p> <p>This role plays a key part in Klaviyo’s finance transformation, helping standardize planning processes, improve data reliability, and enable self-service insights across a rapidly scaling SaaS business.</p> <h2><strong>How You’ll Make a Difference</strong></h2> <ul> <li>Support go-live readiness and the transition of Pigment into steady-state operations</li> <li>Administer, optimize, and serve as a primary owner of Pigment, supporting budgeting, forecasting, scenario planning, and reporting</li> <li>Partner with BI and Finance Systems to manage integrations, data quality, and reconciliation across financial and operational systems</li> <li>Own and support core FPA deliverables, including:</li> <ul> <li>Monthly management reporting and variance analysis</li> <li>Forecasting cycles (monthly forecast, rolling forecast, budget)</li> <li>Executive, board, and leadership reporting support</li> <li>Ad-hoc financial analysis and business partnership requests</li> </ul> <li>Build and maintain scalable planning templates, dashboards, and reporting solutions</li> <li>Identify and automate manual FPA workflows, reducing spreadsheet dependency and improving efficiency as Klaviyo scales</li> <li>Act as an FPA AI champion, piloting and scaling AI-enabled use cases such as:</li> <ul> <li>Forecast variance explanations and narrative commentary</li> <li>Automated reporting summaries and insights</li> <li>Trend identification and anomaly detection</li> </ul> <li>Maintain system documentation, model standards, and planning governance</li> <li>Support user training and enablement as Pigment adoption expands</li> </ul> <h2><strong>Who You Are</strong></h2> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in FPA, FPA Systems, or Operations roles within a SaaS or technology company</li> <li>Strong grounding in system integrations, data flows, and financial planning processes (forecasting, budgeting, headcount planning, reporting, ad-hoc analysis)</li> <li>Hands-on experience with FPA planning tools (Pigment preferred; Planful, OneStream, Anaplan, or Adaptive also relevant)</li> <li>Comfortable working with integrated financial and operational data</li> <li>Analytical, detail-oriented, and systems-minded</li> <li>Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment</li> <li>Curious and proactive about auto ...
