The Autodesk Operations Solutions portfolio will connect not only design to operations, but also the daily activities of maintenance technicians, facility managers, and process engineers in the facility to the executives responsible for ensuring business resiliency and profitability. Position Overview Reporting to the Vice President of the Tandem platform, the successful candidate will be a highly strategic, organized, and adaptable leader. This role will be responsible for team and organizational health by making sure the Tandem staff operates efficiently, with high trust, clear priorities and a strong sense of urgency. The Chief of Staff role is critical to our success, as we need to actively manage the ongoing changes and evolutions of our business, support our team in delivering goals, and optimize our operations to adapt. The ideal candidate will have a track record of helping to build high performing teams and enjoy working with a smart technology focused organization in a fast-paced environment. We are open to remote candidates based in the United States and Canada. Responsibilities Designing, planning and facilitating VP staff level and other key stakeholder meetings, ensuring meeting effectiveness Operating with an AI first mindset, leveraging smart technology to bring insights and efficiency to daily operations Helping to maximize the impact of the VP Tandem staff, managing its operating model, and assisting with the health and development of that team Managing the Tandem strategic planning process, its roadmaps, metrics and interdependencies Identifying key decisions and serving as a Decision-Making coach and facilitator, creating decision making structures as needed Developing and executing the organization’s communication strategy, including C-level communication tools such as visual presentations, PowerPoint presentation building, content management and governance as well as organization wide forums such as all-hands, internal web sites, newsletters, etc. Ensuring preparation for regular check-ins, interlocks, updates and report outs typically with Microsoft PowerPoint presentations over Zoom from multiple time zones Collaborating with the Autodesk Operations Solutions Chief of Staff cohort and operating as a leader within the broader organization Define and implement standard operating procedures and structured systems to store and organize information that support leadership priorities and organizational alignment. Maintaining and improving systems and tools such as Wiki, Airtable, Miro, Slack, Teams and PowerBI dashboards for stakeholder transparency Minimum Qualifications Minimum of 10+ years of experience of program and/or process management, with associated strategy and people development preferred Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Communications, or MBA preferred Accomplishments as a team builder and facilitator capable of helping establish consensus in complex, matrixed environment Significant experience in managing change across a complex organization Successful background in building and executing broad technical communication plans Able to turn highly complex technical projects into simple components that are easy to understand Successful background in building and galvanizing effective teams Experience with C-level presentation building, excellent communication skills Highly proficient with AI tools, Miro, Airtable, and Microsoft O365 a must Proficiency with Confluence, JIRA, and other project management tools and techniques preferred Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk!
