Your Impact As the central driver for Cisco’s Tier One GTM launches and events, you will unify cross-functional teams, set strategic direction, and orchestrate high-visibility initiatives that shape Cisco’s market presence. By aligning stakeholders and guiding execution—not by owning every task, but by ensuring cohesive collaboration—you will enable flawless launches and events that influence key outcomes. In this highly visible role, your leadership will drive clarity amid complexity, elevate Cisco’s most important moments, and foster continuous improvement across teams. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, skills, and experience. Minimum of 15 years of experience in product marketing, product management, or a related field within the technology industry. At least 5 years of experience leading cross-functional teams or managing large-scale product launches. Minimum of 5 years of experience developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies for enterprise technology products or services. Preferred Qualifications Strong experience with executive-level messaging and C-suite presentations Outstanding interpersonal skills and attention to detail Proven track record of collaborating with executive leadership and multi-functional teams (e.g., product, sales, marketing, engineering). Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a portfolio or examples of high-impact storytelling or messaging. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Why Cisco?
