Operations Strategy Analyst, Helix

<p>Figure is an AI robotics company developing autonomous general-purpose humanoid robots. The goal of the company is to ship humanoid robots with human level intelligence. Its robots are engineered to perform a variety of tasks in the home and commercial markets. Figure is headquartered in San Jose, CA.</p> <p>We are looking for an Home Operations Strategy Analyst for the Helix Fleet Ops team. The team is responsible for orchestrating Figure’s Home-use case massive collection operations (i.e. home data collection and deployment).</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>You will help drive successful in-home robot data collection operations by supporting project prioritization and execution under the guidance of the Helix Fleet Operations Manager. Examples include:</p> <ul> <li>Supporting the execution of offsite deployments — i.e., all activities related to the successful deployment of humanoids and collection operations in residential environments (logistics, homeowner interface, etc.)</li> <li>Leading cross-functional planning and coordination across Engineering and Pilot teams to achieve the critical goals of Helix data collection and model development</li> <li>Designing and tracking key data collection metrics, performing analyses, and developing tools, processes, and dashboards to improve performance</li> <li>Defining and refining data collection methodologies to meet the evolving needs of the Helix model</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p> <ul> <li>2-4 years in operations strategy, consulting, startup project management, or similar roles</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities</li> <li>Excellent communication skills especially using data</li> <li>Able to work well under pressure while managing competing, time-sensitive demands</li> <li>Proficiency in Google Workspace (e.g., Sheets) and operational management tools</li> <li>Low ego, team player with can-do attitude</li> </ul> <p><strong>Bonus Qualifications: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience with robotics or AI data collection.</li> <li>A passion for helping scale the deployment of learning humanoid robots.</li> </ul> <p>The US base salary range for this full-time position is between $90,000 - $160,000 annually.</p> <p>The pay offered for this position may vary based on several individual factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package may also include additional components/benefits depending on the specific role. This information will be shared if an employment offer is extended. </p>
