Recruiting Coordinator

We are looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. As our Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll be at the center of our hiring engine, ensuring candidates have a seamless experience, interviews are well-orchestrated, and our internal processes are running efficiently. You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to make sure no detail falls through the cracks. Responsibilities Schedule interviews, manage logistics, and coordinate across time zones for candidates and interviewers Own communications with candidates throughout the process, providing timely updates and an outstanding experience Maintain and update our ATS (we use Rippling) to ensure accuracy in candidate records and reporting Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to continuously refine interview plans and scheduling strategies Prepare offer letters, organize feedback debriefs, and help move candidates quickly through the funnel Support employer branding and hiring events as needed Track key recruiting metrics and assist with reporting
