Barista (1st Shift) Location: Hayward, CA (on-site) About 1X We build humanoid robots that work alongside people to solve labor shortages and create abundance. Role Overview The Barista at 1X’s Hayward Manufacturing Plant is responsible for preparing and serving coffee and espresso drinks, maintaining a clean and organized café area, and restocking snacks and supplies daily. This role supports employees across the plant by providing fast, consistent service during busy shifts and keeping the café running smoothly throughout the day. What You’ll Do Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary café and service area Restock snacks, beverages, and supplies daily Provide fast, consistent service during high-volume periods Support employees across the manufacturing plant throughout the day
