Please note that all of our roles will require you to be in-person at our NYC HQ (located in Union Square) ABOUT THE ROLE We’re hiring a Creative Producer to help scale and operate a growing team of remote freelance motion designers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for coordinating timelines, communication, and workflow across multiple designers who each own full creative pipelines, from design and animation through implementation and QA. You’ll partner closely with the Creative Director and Lead Designer to ensure creative work flows smoothly as we expand our offering inside the product. This is a fully onsite role. Candidates must be able to work from our Union Square office five days a week. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Coordinate timelines across multiple freelance designers, working in parallel across multiple timezones. Track progress across full creative workflows (design → animation → optimization → implementation → QA) - Act as the primary communication bridge between the Creative Director, Lead Designer, and freelance designers. - Support onboarding and ramp-up of new freelance designers in collaboration with a talent agency. - Ensure priorities are clear and creative work progresses without bottlenecks, as well as proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers across projects. - Partner with product and engineering teams to coordinate implementation timelines and ensure creative work is production-ready - Help design and evolve lightweight production processes that scale with creative output.
