We offer you the opportunity to delight millions of TV streamers around the world while gaining meaningful experience across a variety of disciplines.</p> <p> </p></div><h3><strong>About the team</strong></h3> <p>The Consumer Apps team is responsible for Roku’s core user-facing applications across streaming and utility experiences, including The Roku Channel and the Roku Mobile App. We deliver The Roku Channel across Roku devices and off-platform environments (including web and third-party connected TV platforms), and we build mobile experiences that help customers discover, stream, and engage with the Roku ecosystem at scale. We partner closely with Engineering, UX, Content, Data, and Business teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality experiences that drive engagement and growth.</p> <p> </p> <h3><strong>About the role</strong></h3> <p>As a Senior Program Manager, The Roku Channel (Cross-Platform), you will drive execution for The Roku Channel across Roku OS, web, third-party connected TV platforms, and mobile/tablet experiences. You’ll be the operational leader who turns strategy into predictable delivery, aligning teams, managing dependencies, establishing program cadence, and ensuring launch readiness across a complex set of stakeholders.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll lead two core pillars:</p> <ul> <li>Cross-Platform Roku Channel Program Leadership: Orchestrate delivery across client teams and platforms, aligning work to shared milestones, launch goals, and customer outcomes.</li> <li>Operating Cadence Launch Excellence: Build repeatable mechanisms for planning, dependency management, quality readiness, and executive visibility, bringing structure without unnecessary process.</li> </ul> <p>The Roku Channel requires coordination across client teams (Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Data/Analytics) and contributing organizations (including personalization/recommendations and content strategy/operations). This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, brings structure without bureaucracy, and can influence across multiple organizations to ship customer-facing experiences at scale.</p> <p>This position is based in San Jose and reports to the Director of Product Consumer Apps.</p> <p>For California Only - The estimated annual salary for this position is between $148,000 - $350,000 annually. Compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, certifications, and specific geographical location.
