Administrative Assistant (On‑Site) – Mérida, MX Employment Type: Contractor Location: Mérida, Yucatán (On‑site, no negociable) Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST
Language Requirement: English C1 (spoken & written) Experience: 3 years in administrative roles
Role Overview This role supports the Talent Acquisition department through data management, reporting, coordination, and consistent weekly operational routines. It is ideal for candidates who excel in accuracy, organization, and process‑driven work.
Responsibilities
Prepare and send weekly departmental emails summarizing hiring progress. Maintain branch metrics inside the TA KPI system. Track weekly metrics for Recruiters and the Onboarding Coordinator and record them in the KPI tracker. Conduct weekly ATS audits to ensure accuracy and complete data. Prepare next‑week metric templates ahead of new reporting cycles. Build and maintain dashboards for Talent Acquisition leadership meetings. Generate ad‑hoc reports upon request. Coordinate 1:1 meetings between managers and their direct reports. Provide administrative, reporting, and operational support to the TA team.
Required Skills & Experience
2–3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Reporting Assistant, or similar role. English C1 (written and spoken), capable of communicating with U.S. leadership. Intermediate Excel proficiency (data entry, sorting, filters, basic formulas). Additional Excel training can be provided. Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Ability to follow structured workflows with consistency. Comfortable working onsite in Mérida under a U.S. schedule (PST). Experience in recruiting support or KPI tracking is a plus but not required. No specific software experience required; training will be provided.
Work Modality
Fully on‑site in Mérida, Yucatán. Remote work is not offered for this position.
