Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Inside sales represented inbound and outbound call and email marketing material for customers. Input order/export all ecommerce orders, credits and returns into the database Checking credit references for new customers Answering incoming calls. Process order, post invoice, ship order. Responded to Customer Service email retail and wholesale. Make outbound sale call to develop new business and strengthen existing customer relationships. Service walks in customer, ringing the sale. Check stock, coordinator with oversea manufacture. Assistance Marketing and Accounting Deptartment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Are very detail-oriented and accurate Having strong telephone communication skills Having excellent customer service skills are computer literate High-energy and teamwork Microsoft, excel, word, window Eager to work and in an energetic customer oriental environment with customers. Support sale representative out in the field also. High school diploma or GED is required. Required drug /alcohol test and background check. USA citizenship.
Education & Experience
Have at least 1-2 years of sales and customer service experience. Computer literacy required for customer order and Microsoft background
