Director, Software Engineering - Credit

<p>Marqeta is looking for a <strong>Director, Software Engineering</strong> to lead and evolve our <strong>Credit </strong>platform. This is a critical leadership role responsible for scaling the next generation of innovative credit products that power modern fintech experiences. You will lead multiple engineering teams responsible for building, operating, and modernizing core components of our credit platform. This role requires a leader who sets a high bar, moves with urgency, and brings clarity in complex environments.</p> <p>You will partner closely with Product, Data, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to define strategy, drive execution, and deliver resilient, secure, and highly available systems at scale.</p> <p>We work <a href="https://www.marqeta.com/blog/2022/05/10/flexible-first">Flexible First</a>.
