In this role, you will be instrumental in the local execution of Uber Direct's product strategy by closely collaborating with Commercial, Marketplace Operations, and Global Product teams. Your core responsibilities will focus on solution design and rollout, optimizing reliability and performance through strategic use of marketplace pricing and operational levers to improve key metrics like completion rate and on-time rate, and serving as a crucial liaison to advocate for merchant needs to the global product team.
