**About the Role**
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious **Account Executive (m/f/d)** to join our Uber Eats team in Berlin. This position in **Inside Sales** offers a unique opportunity to play a central role in expanding our restaurant network across the country. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from identifying potential leads to successfully integrating new restaurant partners.

**Your Responsibilities:**
**Lead cold-calling campaigns via phone and email to acquire new restaurant partners.**

- Identify, contact, and acquire new restaurant partners through cold-calling, email outreach, and networking
- Negotiate partnership terms, close deals, and guide restaurants through a smooth onboarding process
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales Ops, Account Management) to execute campaigns and drive partner success
- Monitor market trends and partner feedback to optimize sales strategies and ensure sustainable growth

You have to have a go-get-it-mentality! We can teach you all about inside sales!
- Experience in outbound sales or business development, ideally within food delivery, hospitality, or tech
- Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- **Fluency in German (C1)** is a must-have; additional languages are a plu
