As a **Program Specialist IV**, you will serve as a strategic driver for global Payments Operations—aligning people, process, and data to achieve unified performance and measurable impact. You’ll develop frameworks that monitor global site performance, optimize resource allocation, and enhance the resiliency of Payments support operations. You’ll also embed mechanisms for data-driven accountability, ensuring operational health, program consistency, and customer satisfaction across the entire Payments support network. This role requires a blend of operational precision, analytical curiosity, and stakeholder influence.
