Sr. Technical Program Manager Department: Engineering Team: Technical Program Manager Location: Sunnyvale, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Global Intelligence Platform is responsible for delivering accurate and timely market intelligence, insights, and strategy to ensure Uber remains the rideshare and delivery platform of choice in key markets. As a Senior Technical Program Manager (Sr. TPM) on the Global Intelligence team, the role focuses on driving data quality and content improvements in partnership with strategic external partners, modernizing partner infrastructure into a scalable and efficient data-sharing operating model, and providing cross-platform leadership across Uber and partner engineering teams through clear communication and structured knowledge sharing. This includes building and maintaining a comprehensive repository of data models, onboarding insights, and vendor-specific nuances. The Sr. TPM also owns the full lifecycle of requirements from the Science team through partner delivery, developing a deep understanding of scoring mechanics, signal integrity, and redundancy and backup strategies across mega-regions to ensure reliability and performance.
