Recruit, coach, and lead a high-performing team of strategy and sales professionals 2. Build a motivated team culture 3. Provide comprehensive leadership that upholds Uber Values 4. Foster collaboration with cross-functional partners including operations, marketing, product, finance, and customer support ##### **Merchant Strategy & Growth** 1. Develop and execute scalable merchant growth strategies aligned with business objectives 2. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategy 3. Prepare strategic presentations with actionable insights for executive reviews 4. Lead Joint Business Planning discussions with SMB merchants ##### **Sales Leadership** 1. Build and inspire a sizeable sales team to acquire and deepen merchant partnerships across multiple products 2. Establish a solution-based account management culture focused on development, integrity, and results 3. Set ambitious sales targets and monitor performance through data-driven analysis 4. Build long-lasting relationships with key merchant partners through executive coverage 5.
