The Grocery & Retail team in Sweden is seeking a sharp and highly motivated **Account Executive** to drive the acquisition of new merchant partners onto the Uber Eats platform across **Sweden and the Nordics**. This high-impact role is focused on securing long-term, strategic partnerships, specifically targeting **franchisees from leading grocery brands** and **new, high-potential accounts within key verticals** like Grocery, Pharmacy, Alcohol, and General Retail.
You will own the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and deal closing, creating a tangible impact on the platform's growth. This role requires a resilient, self-starting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building strong external relationships to help diverse businesses thrive on Uber Eats.
**What You’ll Do**
- **Acquisition Strategy:** Drive new business acquisition across Sweden and Nordics, with a core focus on attracting **Grocery franchisees** and securing **new accounts** within Grocery, Pharma, and Retail verticals.
- **Full Sales Cycle Ownership:** Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including cold calling, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals, utilizing CRM and reporting tools for disciplined pipeline management.
- **Value Communication:** Clearly articulate the value proposition of Uber Eats to store owners and managers, effectively responding to objections and questions.
- **Strategic Partnership:** Act as a strategic growth partner to new merchants, developing compelling proposals that solve their key business challenges.
- **Onboarding & Success:** Partner closely with the Account Management team and other internal functions to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding experience.
