As part of the Global Merchant Operations team for Retail, you’ll help deliver an exceptional experience for merchants on the Uber platform. You’ll partner closely with merchants as they grow their business with Uber and create outstanding delivery experiences for customers. In this role, you’ll help unlock growth for some of our largest Grocery & Retail merchants globally, enabling them to reach their full potential on Uber Groceries. You’ll shape strategy and lead operational initiatives that drive merchant success—optimizing growth levers, delivering high-impact operational projects, and strengthening engagement with our most strategic partners. To bring this vision to life, you’ll collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including Leadership, Account Managers, Country Operations teams, Commercial Operations, Community Operations, Marketing, and Tech.
