Uber provides an equal opportunity to encourage all employees to share their thoughts. **About the Role** We are looking for a Catalog Operations Manager to drive and scale catalog quality improvements across our Grocery & Retail business. This role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and product, and plays a critical role in improving customer experience and merchant performance through high-quality catalog data. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations teams. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and operational excellence to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement. **Your Impact in Role** - Work with retail partners to improve the quality of their catalog integration with Uber Eats. - End to end project ownership to drive improved catalog quality, including SKU expansion, product attribute enrichment, product searchability enhancement, etc. - Lead go to market for new catalog product features in Japan, from launch preparation through post-launch stabilization. You will work in close collaboration with our Product, Engineering, Operations, and Sales teams, as well as directly with merchant partners. - Analyze catalog performance data by using SQL and creating internal dashboards to identify quality gaps, and opportunities to drive improvement of key business metrics like add-to-cart conversion, average order size, item fulfillment rate, and more. - Design scalable processes and workflows to improve catalog quality. - Solve day-to-day operational and product-related issues. **The Experience You'll Bring** Basic Qualifications - 4+ years of experien
