Uber Eats was launched in Portugal in November 2017 and is the most used Delivery platform in Portugal. We are available in 100+ cities, delivering from over 12,000 stores (restaurants, groceries and stores) and growing quickly! As Courier Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring we remain the safest and most compliant platform in Portugal. For that, you will be responsible for developing data-driven insights, defining strategies and driving impactful and innovative business initiatives for the Portuguese market. You will work closely with the rest of our Operations team, and drive alignment across several teams, including local teams and Regional Operations. This role calls for a combination of analytical skills, business acumen and stakeholder management.
