Own the technical strategy and roadmap for Backend Testing Infrastructure Platform 2. Lead development of services responsible for backend testing 3. Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, observable, and performant at large scale 4. Drive architectural clarity across different systems 5. Partner with Product team and Key stakeholders for Prioritization ##### **Team Leadership & Development** 1. Hire, grow, and develop a team of talented engineers, including senior and staff-level engineers 2. Provide technical guidance, coaching, and career development support 3. Establish clear ownership, operational excellence, and strong engineering fundamentals 4. Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement ##### **Cross-Functional Collaboration** 1. Partner closely with Product, and Platform teams 2.
