Regulatory & Compliance Operations Manager Department: Operations Team: Regional Operations Location: Mexico City, Mexico Type: Full-Time **About the Role** We are looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to own Uber’s operational response to the new Federal Labor Law for Digital Platforms in Mexico. This role is critical, serving as the bridge between complex IMSS regulatory requirements and large-scale technical and operational execution. Sitting at the intersection of operations, legal, and product, this position plays a key role in shaping how Uber interprets, implements, and scales these regulations for Uber Eats delivery partners in one of our most important markets.
