Sr. Commercial Enablement Associate, US&C Department: Operations Team: Sales Operations Location: San Francisco, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** As a member of the US&C Delivery Commercial Training and Enablement team, you will be responsible for implementing commercial training & enablement programs for our Restaurant commercial team members across the US & Canada. You will partner cross-functionally with global enablement colleagues, product and tools teams, and our sales leaders to help design, develop, and deliver these training programs. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and Enablement, US&C, and will partner very closely with US&C enablement colleagues for regional Commercial Leadership initiatives as well as with global colleagues on larger initiatives. **What You'll Do** - Manage the implementation of key training enablement programs for sales and account management teams. This includes new hire onboarding, product and systems training, sales skill development, partner management, general go-to-market support and other enablement tools. - You will work directly with key stakeholders across sales, account management, commercial operations, HR, product, and other teams to complete regular training needs analysis to align on priorities and learning needs. - You will be responsible for helping design and deliver training and documentation that support the deployment and adoption of sales productivity tools, products, processes, and other resources. This will involve scheduling and hosting training in collaboration with the central team. - Create and maintain learning content both independently and in partnership with the central instructional design team. - Collaborate closely with, and act as a liaison between, Sales, Marketing, Product, and Commercial Operations teams to ensure sales teams have relevant and accurate information to do their jobs. - Always be learner-first, ensuring that your programs not only drive expected performance but are also a good use of time and Uber resources, ensuring that your learners are receiving the knowledge and tools they need to perf
