The team works on operational performance, partner support, and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple cities. In this role, you will have a direct impact on partner success, courier experience, and overall marketplace reliability. **What you'll do** - Manage day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of fleet partners across multiple cities - Support partners in resolving operational issues and improving performance - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and support performance improvement initiatives - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and partner alignment - Contribute to operational projects aimed at improving efficiency and partner experience. **What you'll need** - Business-level proficiency in German and fluency in English - 2+ years of experience in management consulting, project management, or operations within a top-tier consultancy, tech company, large organization, startup, or similar environment - Strong ownership mindset with the ability to independently drive workstreams forward, demonstrating excellent planning, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills - Advanced Google Sheets skills with the ability to analyze and interpret data effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to share information clearly with a wide range of stakeholders - Strong critical thinking skills, intellectual curiosity, and a demonstrated desire to learn and understand complex topics. **Preferred qualifications** - Data-driven project management skills and decision making mentality through excellent analytical thinking - SQL or other database/programming experience is a plus.
