This role is at the heart of our marketplace, ensuring that the engine behind our delivery network runs smoothly, compliantly, and efficiently. As an Operations Manager, you will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and local execution. You’ll be responsible for monitoring the pulse of our courier network, scaling new products, and ensuring our processes are as "frictionless" as possible for all stakeholders. ### **What You’ll Do** - **Drive Compliance & Quality:** Support Courier Ops initiatives focused on regulatory compliance, process quality, and data integrity. - **KPI Management:** Own the monitoring and reporting of key operational metrics.
