We own the local business and set and execute the strategy for our markets in Northern Europe - Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Ireland, Finland, Norway, Luxembourg, and Denmark. We use data, operational levers, and strategic product, process, and campaign launches to grow the business and ensure that Uber offers the most preferred, reliable, and convenient service across Northern Europe, anytime and anywhere. **What you'll do:** This role sits in the Driver team within our Operations group. The Driver team is responsible for growing our driver base and continuously improving the platform experience for our customers. You will be primarily responsible for owning operations and driving projects which promote driver growth - campaigns, tactics, incentive structures, and any other wider initiatives you can establish to attract Drivers to the platform. Combined, delivering step-changes in these areas aims to directly impact accelerated growth and competitiveness in the region - and we need a profile with strong ‘go get it’ to help us drive this topic forward. These are some of the activities you can expect in your day-to-day: - **Drive End-to-End Growth:** Own the strategy and execution for scaling driver supply and commercial fleets. You aren't just hitting targets; you are identifying untapped channels and ambitiously pursuing them. - **Optimize the Onboarding Machine:** Relentlessly improve the driver sign-up experience. This means getting your hands dirty—from proactive outreach to redesigning campaign structures and hacking together tooling improvements to remove friction. - **Operational "Fixer" & Builder:** Act as a high-velocity problem solver.
