**About the job**
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic advertisers in Germany, driving adoption and performance across Uber Ads solutions.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver full-funnel media strategies and achieve joint business plan (JBP) goals.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process — including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and onboarding — to exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Provide data-driven consultative guidance to clients using campaign insights, measurement tools (e.g., incrementality testing), and industry trends.
- Contribute to the development of best practices, pitch materials, and playbooks to support the broader EMEA Ads Sales organization as Uber Ads scales in Germany.
**About you**
- 4+ years of full-time, end-to-end sales experience with enterprise or large digital advertising customers.
- Fluency in **German** and **English**.
- Proven success selling advertising solutions to complex enterprise brands and organizations.
- Experience driving new business and establishing net-new partnerships.
- Ability to build and execute strategic sales plans that deliver results for partners and Uber.
- Challenger mindset with the ability to use data to quantify opportunities and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent listening, communication, and organizational abilities.
- Demonstrated speed, resourcefulness, and a proactive “go-getter” mentality. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
