Uber AI Solutions is looking for a Solutions Architect Manager that will be the technical cornerstone of our go-to-market engine, responsible for bridging the gap between a customer’s vision and our operational execution. This is a unique opportunity to build a new function from the ground up, requiring a leader who can navigate high-stakes pre-sales engagements while architecting the frameworks for long-term customer success.
You will own the "Technical Win," serving as the primary authority during the pre-sales phase to evaluate customer needs and scope complex AI data engagements. Your influence extends beyond the sale; you will act as a critical voice in defining the product roadmap, defining the features and requirements needed to solve frontier AI challenges in Autonomous Systems, Robotics, and Generative AI. By managing post-sales success alongside the Product and Program teams, you will ensure that the margin-positive solutions you design move from raw data to real-world impact at unmatched scale.
