From being a start-up bringing our service into new countries and cities, we're now focused on working closely with regulators and partnering with them to build a stronger and more sustainable ecosystem for Uber. **About the Role**
As the Head of Industrial Relations for Uber Australia, you will lead the strategic management of one of the most high-profile portfolios in the business. This role is at the coalface of shaping the Future of Work, balancing high-level advocacy with the operational engine room of a high-growth tech platform.
You will be responsible for navigating a rapidly evolving regulatory landscape, working with our policy and employment legal teams on engagement with the Fair Work Commission and unions, while supervising the team that manages our day-to-day industrial health.
**The Impact You'll Have**
- **Strategic IR Leadership:** Develop a multi-year IR strategy for ANZ, including in relation to the roll out of durable, harmonised minimum standards while preserving the parts of our business drivers and delivery people tell us they love
- **Team Supervision & Process Building:** Lead a specialised team responsible for defending high-volume deactivation claims. You will be expected to build scalable processes and workflows to handle BAU workload with precision.
