As a Talent Programs Manager, you will play a crucial role in designing and leading a coordinated set of development programs to support Finance employees across various levels and stages of their careers. You will help design initiatives that impact employees across career stages and milestones. - As the lead for the US Finance Development Program (FDP), you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our early-career talent. - **Talent Pipeline:** Drive the recruiting strategy and intern conversion process. - **The Experience:** Manage new hire onboarding and the high-stakes rotation placement process. - **Career Launch:** Guide participants through their post-program placement into permanent roles. - **Curriculum:** Curate high-impact programming, including Wall Street Prep, Speaker Series, our new Leadership programming and our annual Summit. - **FDP Global Alignment:** Collaborate with Regional Program Leads to ensure a consistent FDP experience worldwide.
