Commercial Lead - Strategic & Enterprise UberEats Department: Sales & Account Management Team: Account Management Location: Mexico City, Mexico Type: Full-Time ## About the Role As the Strategic & Large Enterprise Lead, you will lead, develop, and scale the account management function in Mexico. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth, customer retention, and strategic market expansion, while ensuring strong alignment with Uber’s broader commercial strategy. This role combines people leadership, commercial strategy, and solution-based selling. You will lead a team of 4+ Account Managers, building long-term partnerships with key clients through cross-sell and upsell opportunities, while maximizing customer lifetime value. Success in this role requires the ability to engage senior stakeholders, develop market-specific strategies, and turn plans into action. ## What You’ll Do ### Leadership & Team Development - Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Managers focused on retention, growth, and solution adoption. - Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning. - Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support career development and succession planning. ### Commercial Strategy & Execution - Develop and execute client growth strategies aligned with country-level priorities and Uber’s broader go-to-market objectives. - Use data and insights to guide account segmentation, expansion strategies, and revenue targets. - Own sales forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning. - Monitor market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, adjusting strategies as needed. - Expand Uber’s presence in key segments by building strong, trusted client relationships. ### Client & Market Engagement - Serve as a trusted advisor to key partners, ensuring Uber solutions deliver measurable business impact. - Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders, leading complex negotiations through a solution-oriented approach. - Partner cross-functionally with teams such as DCO, Product, Operations, Marketing, and Commercial
