Senior Client Partner - Retail, Uber Advertising Department: Sales & Account Management Team: Sales Location: Chicago, United States **About the Role** The Uber Advertising Sales team is looking for strategic sellers to be part of our newly formed Uber Ads Retail Team. As a Sr Client Partner, you will be responsible for building mutually beneficial ads partnerships with our largest partners in the Retail vertical. You will own the ads sales strategy for a portfolio of top brands and drive adoption of a growing suite of ads offerings across our Mobility and Delivery platforms. You will work closely with cross functional partners to consistently deliver on our partner’s needs. **What you'll do** - Execute ads partnership strategies that deliver on your partners' marketing objectives and exceed quarterly growth goals - Build relationships with Director, VP and C-level marketing executives and key marketing decision makers within partner organizations - Employ critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills to navigate relationships and difficult partner conversations - Be an indispensable cross-functional partner across the Product, Marketing and Operations team to ensure we are delivering on partner needs - Expand ads product adoption across our Mobility and Delivery offerings - Clearly communicate the value of our newest ads products with a lens of creativity to differentiate our offerings - Develop pitch narratives that scale across our Ads team and drive growth for our partners - Be ready to wear many hats to build our business and jump in to help your teammates when the need arises - Be the voice of the customer to help inform future Ads product roadmaps **Basic Qualifications** - At least 5+ years of full-time experience in end-to-end Enterprise / Large Customer Digital Advertising Sales - Experience selling ad solutions to large, complex brands or organizations - Ideally have worked with Retail Brands in your current or most recent organization - Speed, resourcefulness, and a go-getter mentality.
