Senior Product Manager - Experimentation Department: Product Team: Product Management Location: San Francisco, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** Experimentation is at the heart of how Uber iterates, launches, and measures impact of our products. We evaluate thousands of changes across our apps and marketplaces — ranging from UX improvements and marketing campaigns to complex matching algorithms, pricing strategies, subscriptions and incentives. We are constantly working to improve the correctness and velocity of our experimentation systems. As a Product Manager on this team, you will drive the evolution of our platform - enabling teams to run more experiments, faster, and a very high quality bar to guide better business decisions. You will bridge the gap between complex statistical methodologies and intuitive product experiences, ensuring every decision at Uber is data-driven. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** \-\-\-\- What the Candidate Will Do ---- 1. Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Uber’s experimentation portfolio (including A/B testing, Switchbacks, and Multi-armed bandits). 2. Develop a deep understanding of internal use-cases across Engineering, Data Science, and Product to identify gaps in our current capabilities. 3. Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and designers to take features from concept to launch. 4. Craft the tooling and processes required to improve experimentation velocity and decision-making quality, making advanced statistics accessible to non-experts. 5. Clearly communicate product plans, benefits, and results to a spectrum of audiences, from internal technical partners to C-level leadership. \-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ---- 1.
