We need a recruiter who can identify top-tier creative and strategic talent—individuals who can influence public perception, shape policy, and drive our brand narrative forward. ### **What You'll Do** - **Execute Full-Cycle Recruiting:** Manage the end-to-end hiring process for specialized roles across Marketing, Public Policy, and Global Communications. - **Act as a Talent Advisor:** Partner closely with leadership in Marketing and Policy to co-create talent strategies, deeply understanding their unique needs and the competitive landscape. - **Master Passive Sourcing:** Go beyond the applications. You will proactively identify and engage "hidden" talent through sophisticated headhunting and networking. - **Champion the Candidate Experience:** Provide a high-touch, "white-glove" experience that reflects Uber’s brand, ensuring every candidate, regardless of the outcome, has a positive interaction. - **Drive Diversity & Inclusion:** Actively build diverse pipelines and implement inclusive hiring practices to ensure our teams reflect the global communities we serve. - **Ground Strategy in Data:** Use data and market insights to manage stakeholder expectations, identify pipeline bottlenecks, and provide regular updates on hiring health. - **Influence & Collaborate:** Work cross-functionally with Finance, HR, and Compensation partners to navigate complex offer negotiations and headcount planning. ### **Basic Qualifications** - 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience. - Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience ### **P
