The Grocery Fulfillment org is focused on building best-in-class technology and products to support consumers and shoppers in fulfilling grocery orders - from the moment an order is placed, until it is successfully delivered to consumers. The org works with key platform teams across Uber to build tailored fulfillment capabilities for Grocery and Retail. The Grocery Fulfillment team is looking for a Staff Engineer to help lead the team’s ambitious and fast-paced technical strategy, with a focus on fulfillment and logistics optimization. This is an important and visible role with a potential for significant impact on the fast growing grocery business. The IC lead will work across multiple Grocery Fulfillment initiatives, and collaborate with engineering, product and data science leads to help build platforms and products that power the grocery business.
