Senior Product Designer - AV Support Department: Design Team: Product Design Location: San Francisco, United States Type: Full-Time **About the Role** We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the end-to-end support experience for Autonomous Vehicles (AVs). In this role, you will be solely responsible for defining how support works in a driverless world—reimagining experiences across both Autonomous Delivery and Mobility verticals. A key focus area will be building and evolving customer experiences as well as internal and external tooling that enables operational excellence. This includes crafting experiences for support agents and remote assistance teams—ensuring they have intuitive, real-time systems to monitor, intervene, and resolve issues effectively. As Product Designers, we tackle challenges and work on big new ideas that will transform how people use our products. In a rapidly growing environment, we collaborate with engineers, product managers, content designers and some of the world's best designers and researchers. We make magic by crafting and shipping delightful experiences for people around the globe. You’ll work at the intersection of autonomy, operations, and customer experience—translating complex technical systems into clear, human-centered solutions.
