This mission spans the entire merchant lifecycle, from onboarding to getting and fulfilling orders. The **Merchant Fulfillment** organization is the operational backbone of this mission. We own the critical "Order Lifecycle" technologies that ensure millions of orders are received, processed, and fulfilled reliably every day. We are also the guardians of the merchant’s financial health, managing the complex workflows for disputes, cancellations, and operational reliability. **About the Role** As a **Senior Engineering Manager** for Merchant Fulfillment in India, you will lead a geographically distributed team of **50+ Engineers and Engineering Managers**. You will be responsible for delivering business-critical projects and platforms that merchants and restaurants rely on to run their daily operations. This is a high-visibility leadership role where your decisions will directly impact merchant experience, sentiment and the operational trust of our merchant partners globally.
