Partner Engineers work at the intersection of product, engineering, and relationship management to help our partners achieve comprehensive integrations that optimize all user experiences. **What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points** 1. Technical Integration & Development: Act as the primary technical lead for strategic partners, developing customized integration solutions using APIs, SDKs, and modern web technologies. 2. Strategic Technical Liaison: Bridge the gap between Uber and external partners, translating business requirements into robust technical architectures and seamless user experiences. 3. Scalable Solution Engineering: Beyond one-off fixes, you will design and implement automated systems and tools to scale partner onboarding and support operations globally. 4. Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Uber’s Product and Engineering teams to advocate for partner needs, influencing the product roadmap based on real-world feedback. 5. Relationship & Stakeholder Management: Own the technical relationship with key stakeholders, providing expert guidance through the entire integration lifecycle, from kickoff to launch. 6. Process Optimization: Analyze and improve existing integration workflows to drive efficiency, ensuring our ecosystem grows sustainably as we add new lines of business. \-\-\-\- Basic Qualifications ---- 1. 5-10 years of experience in an external-facing technical role 2. Fluency in English, both written and verbal 3. Intimate knowledge of APIs and adjacent technologies 4. SQL and/or other data analytics skills 5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders 6. Strong pr
