Through innovative workplace design and curated engagements, our focus is enabling Snoos to do their best work and feel connected to the company and one another.</p> <p>This role will be a part of the Experience team and will sit on the Global Real Estate arm of the team. The <strong>Experience Partner, Real Estate Leasing and Operations </strong>is responsible for the strategic management and optimization of the company’s global real estate portfolio. This role drives data-informed portfolio planning, lease administration oversight, financial performance, and space optimization to support the company’s growth and evolving workplace strategy.</p> <p>The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing complex global lease negotiations and portfolios within a fast-paced technology environment and is extremely comfortable working with Senior Leadership teams to drive forward data-based strategic decisions. This role is expected to travel to be onsite at locations when necessary for real estate projects. </p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Serve as the strategic owner of Reddit’s global real estate portfolio operations, overseeing lease lifecycle management, portfolio planning, and governance across all office locations.</li> <li>Develop and execute portfolio strategies aligned to workforce planning, hybrid work models, and long-term business growth helping identify opportunities for consolidation, expansion, and cost optimization across regions.</li> <li>Lead end-to-end lease administration, including renewals, expirations, options, lease abstracts, CAM reconciliations, landlord compliance, and critical date management.</li> <li>Build and maintain financial models to support renewals, exits, restructures, and new market entry; develop forecasts, variance analyses, and long-range portfolio plans to inform executive decision-making.</li> <li>Partner cross-functionally with Finance, HR, Workplace, Procurement, Legal, and external brokers to drive successful transactions, ensure alignment with business priorities, and support scenario planning and headcount modeling.</li> <li>Leverage workplace analytics and utilization data to inform portfolio decisions, space planning assumptions, and operational strategy.</li> <li>Maintain accurate, real-time portfolio data across lease administration systems; establish portfolio management standards, reporting dashboards, and executive-ready insights.</li> <li>Drive process improvements, operational rigor, and automation initiatives across the GRE function; manage third-party lease administration and portfolio vendors as needed.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>At a Minimum, We’d Like You to Hav ...
