Implementation Manager HockeyStack is building the agent infrastructure for enterprise revenue. We spent five years building the only data architecture that preserves causality across the full revenue stack — every interaction, every signal, in sequence. On top of that foundation, we built Nex-lm, a purpose-built AI engine that compiles natural language into deterministic agent workflows. The result is a platform that can extract the revenue blueprint from a company's data, encode it into repeatable automations, and execute it across sales, marketing, and customer success — consistently, at scale. We are not building a dashboard tool with an AI feature. We are building the operating layer that replaces the human bottleneck in enterprise revenue organizations. Since launching late 2023, we have grown to 8-figures in ARR, process over 60 TB of revenue data monthly, and we are working with some of the largest B2B companies in the world like Microsoft, Harvey, New Relic, Collibra, etc. 🚀 YOUR MISSION We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Implementation Manager to ensure our customers launch with speed, confidence, and success on HockeyStack's GTM Intelligence suite. You'll own the full implementation lifecycle — from sales handoff through go-live — driving tight project plans, technical setup, and early adoption so customers start generating impact from day one. 🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff through go-live, ensuring milestones are hit on time and with high quality. - Develop and drive mutual action plans tailored to each customer's goals and use cases. - Partner with customers to set up their data infrastructure — integrations, data dictionary, dashboards, and prompts relevant to their GTM use cases. - Coordinate internal and external resources to remove blockers and keep implementations running smoothly. - Support change management efforts, guiding customers through organizational adoption of HockeyStack. - Help customers define meaningful KPIs and ensure those metrics are tracked and reported post-launch. - Drive initial customer usage and showcase early value, accelerating time to "aha" moments. - Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Data teams to align on deliverables and dependencies. 🧬 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 5+ years of experience as a customer-facing implementation or onboarding manager in B2B SaaS, with strong project management skills. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex cross-functional implementations from sales handoff through launch. - Strong understanding of GTM processes (sales, marketing, analytics) and SaaS product adoption challenges. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Technical aptitude to understand integrations, data tracking logic, and analytics. - Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment with autonomy and accountability. ✨ WHY JOIN NOW?
