Job Description

Editorial & Creative Lead HockeyStack is building the agent infrastructure for enterprise revenue. We spent five years building the only data architecture that preserves causality across the full revenue stack — every interaction, every signal, in sequence. On top of that foundation, we built Nex-lm, a purpose-built AI engine that compiles natural language into deterministic agent workflows. The result is a platform that can extract the revenue blueprint from a company's data, encode it into repeatable automations, and execute it across sales, marketing, and customer success — consistently, at scale. We are not building a dashboard tool with an AI feature. We are building the operating layer that replaces the human bottleneck in enterprise revenue organizations. This is a category being defined right now, and we intend to own it. We have raised $50M+ from Bessemer Venture Partners, General Catalyst, Y Combinator, and others. We operate fully in-person in San Francisco. We move fast and we hire people who want to win. Since launching late 2023, we have grown to 8-figures in ARR, process over 60 TB of revenue data monthly, and we are working with some of the largest B2B companies in the world like Microsoft, Harvey, New Relic, Collibra, etc. 🚀 YOUR MISSION HockeyStack’s marketing org is content-first — cinematic commercials, narrative videos, AI-generated ads, podcasts, newsletters, case studies, high-signal blogs, and daily social content. We’re hiring an Editorial & Creative Lead to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of our most important content initiatives. This role will shape the story and creative direction of one of the fastest-growing GTM brands, producing uniquely premium, cinematic content rarely seen in B2B. You will work directly with the CRO and senior leadership to influence both brand and go-to-market strategy, owning the full spectrum of creative and distribution to drive meaningful impact. With a blank canvas, you will have the opportunity to build a content system from the ground up and define a new standard for how the brand shows up in the market. If you think like a producer, write like an editor, and operate like a growth marketer obsessed with distribution — this role is for you. 🔧 WHAT YOU’LL DO - Lead editorial direction, scripting, and creative development for top-tier content with the CRO (commercials, narrative videos, podcasts, AI ads, blog posts, newsletters, case studies) - Build and manage an internal production rhythm: concepts → scripts → drafts → approvals → production → distribution - Work with internal and external creative partners (video, design, audio) to deliver premium-quality assets - Own distribution strategy and execution across LinkedIn, YouTube, newsletter, website, partner channels, and emerging platforms - Build HockeyStack’s Content Distribution OS to maximize reach, retention, and compounding visibility - Translate long-form content into derivative assets: shorts, clips, carousels, threads, blog posts, sales collateral - Manage the editorial calendar and ensure daily/weekly output across multiple channels - Track performance of every piece of content; build a feedback loop for constant improvement - Work closely with CRO, PMM, and Growth to align content with GTM campaigns, launches, announcements, and product narratives - Maintain and continuously evolve HockeyStack’s creative tone: premium, sharp, modern, cinematic 🧬 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR - 3–7+ years experience in content marketing, editorial, distribution, creative production, or media-style roles - A portfolio of high-quality video, editorial, or social content that demonstrates taste and craft - A “creator meets strategist” hybrid — you can ideate, script, edit, and distribute - Deep distribution intuition: you think about hooks, packaging, thumbnails, pacing, and algorithms - Strong writing and editing skills with a crisp, modern voice - High creative bar, strong opinions, and clear judgment — ...
