In this pivotal role, you will accelerate business growth by identifying high-impact strategic opportunities and managing the lifecycle of key partnerships. You will lead a dynamic portfolio of initiatives designed to optimize sales operations, driving organizational velocity and operational excellence. Serving as a primary change agent, you will facilitate the transition from an internal support function to a high-performance business line. Additionally, you will architect robust governance and reporting frameworks to ensure data-driven execution and accountability against our long-term strategic plan
The ideal candidate for this role has strong analytical skills, excellent time-management and organizational habits, experience navigating and influencing a cross-functional, matrix organization, and the ability to clearly communicate and present information to senior stakeholders. We're looking for someone who can zoom out to set a vision and solve problems from 30,000 feet, as well as zoom in to dive deep into the details! This role reports to the Head of Strategy and Planning for Uber AI Solutions.
