As a **Data Governance and Systems Specialist,** you will play a critical role in enabling high-performance commercial teams by driving data integrity, systems optimization, and operational governance. You will serve as a guardian of our data and systems, partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Systems teams to ensure alignment, accuracy, and efficiency in the sales process. **What you'll do** - **Systems & Data Management:** Maintain and improve CRM data integrity (e.g., Salesforce) and reporting capabilities to support the sales lifecycle. You will ensure data accuracy and manage field escalations regarding systems or data issues. - **Operational Governance:** Execute and enhance processes for sales planning and tracking, ensuring strict adherence to data governance standards and operational policies. - **Reporting & Analysis:** Build reports and models to support sales planning and provide actionable insights.
