We are looking for a Client Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is a dynamic communicator who is curious, proactive, and eager to learn, with strong writing skills and creative thinking. Responsibilities: · Demonstrate a solid understanding of the broader communication industry and its basic principles · Understand key client information, including business strategy, industry issues, products and services, key customers, and competitors · Provide client service administration, including preparing client status and activity reports, attending meetings, compiling media and competitor coverage · Build media relations and a network of media and industry influencer contacts · Identify and develop the earned media stories within layered, integrated brand campaigns · Research, outline, write, edit, and proofread materials, including media lists, media strategies, press materials, scripts, pitches, fact sheets, and more · Assist with research, including analysis of media coverage and online conversations · Participate in new business processes, including research and proposal preparation · Provide oversight and support to interns on the team · Commit to continuous learning through internal and external training opportunities Basic Qualifications · A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Preferred Qualifications · Relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting, media, and publishing · Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, compelling messages tailored to different audiences and channels · Fundamental understanding of earned media, communications, marketing, and branding · Strong work ethic and dedication to consistently provide quality work. · Good interpersonal and excellent verbal and written communication skills · Excellent organization skills, and the ability to adapt to change and meet deadlines · Eagerness to learn and be part of and contribute to a strong, high-performing team We are dedicated to building a diverse, inclusive, and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your experience doesn’t perfectly align with every qualification, we encourage you to apply anyway.
