This role will help us build and deploy AI Copilot agents that integrate with our core supply chain systems to improve supply chain visibility, productivity, and enable enhanced risk management. In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.</p> <h3 style="text-align: left;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h3> <p><strong><span data-contrast="auto">Technical: AI Agents for Supply Chain Organization</span></strong><span data-ccp-props="{}"> </span></p> <p><span data-contrast="auto">You'll build AI Copilot agents using modern frameworks and APIs to connect with our SaaS stack — Kinaxis, Smartsheet, Data Warehouse, PEGA and ShareNet. You'll work with IT to design integration that handles authentication, data retrieval, and action execution. Beyond building, you'll help define what the agent can do: writing system prompts, designing tool/function call schemas, tuning responses for real user workflows, and managing data privileges for user groups.
