<p>We think about our Inside Sales Representative program differently than that of most SDR programs. By having marketing automate a lot of the cold out-bounding, reps can focus on real conversations with high-level prospects rather than spend hours trying to get a hold of them. Each rep is able to set more than 80 demos/month (@ ~45% conversion to opportunities).</p>
<h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Qualify and convert a high volume of marketing leads into sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives</li>
<li>Partner with marketing to provide immediate campaign feedback and input on future campaign strategy</li>
<li>Master tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Cognism to maximize productivity</li>
<li>Develop extensive product knowledge to provide detailed insight to prospects</li>
<li>Achieve and push the limits of your quota, territory revenue, and growth objectives</li>
<li>Must be willing and able to work onsite five days per week</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>The ability to speak English, Italian Spanish fluently</li>
<li>The right to work in the United Kingdom</li>
<li>High energy, you're passionate, and you enjoy being challenged</li>
<li>The ability to adapt in a fast-paced sales organization - you're a self-starter</li>
<li>Ambitions to be a top sales rep</li>
<li>Previous experience in B2B sales at the enterprise level (ideally)</li>
