<p><strong>The Role</strong> </p> <p>The Operations and Analytics team powers Veriff’s business engine, cracking the online identity crisis through scalable, data-driven insight. As Director of Business Operations, you will serve as a high-leverage operator working closely with the SVP of Operations and Analytics and the broader leadership team. You will combine strategic thinking with a bias for execution—owning planning cycles, driving critical cross-functional initiatives, and building the operational infrastructure that lets Veriff scale.</p> <h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Planning Goal-Setting:</strong> Lead company-wide planning cycles, from annual strategy to quarterly OKR setting. Build frameworks that turn ambitions into measurable commitments with clear accountability.</li> <li><strong>Executive Cadence:</strong> Prepare executive and board-level materials synthesizing business performance and key decisions. Run the operating cadence for the SVP, including leadership reviews and strategic offsites.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Initiatives:</strong> Own 2–4 high-priority business problems at any given time, driving them from definition through to execution. Act as "connective tissue" across functions like Product, Engineering, and Finance to unblock dependencies.</li> <li><strong>Operational Rigor:</strong> Identify and close gaps in decision-making and workflows. Develop the tools and playbooks required to scale, and partner with Finance on resource allocation and business cases.</li> </ul> <h2><strong>You are the right future Veriffian for the job if you have</strong></h2> <ul> <li><strong>Professional Background:</strong> 7+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or BizOps at a high-growth tech company.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Execution:</strong> A track record of delivering complex initiatives with measurable business impact and experience running OKR processes.</li> <li><strong>Analytical Depth:</strong> Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in SQL.
