Job Title: Sales Agent / Customer Service & Sales Representative Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Sales Agent to manage inbound calls, guide customers through products, and support the full sales cycle from initial contact to reservation management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and proficiency with digital tools and internal systems. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound calls, provide clear product explanations, and guide customers on available options • Advise clients with a commercial focus by identifying their needs and offering suitable solutions • Prepare and send quotations, following up proactively to close sales Requirements: • Confident and friendly phone presence with a clear sales-driven approach • Highly proactive with a self-starter attitude and ability to tackle challenges independently Preferred: • Candidates of any gender with a strong work ethic and commitment to best practices are encouraged to apply Required Skills: • Experience in phone sales and customer service handling inbound and outbound calls • Ability to manage client tracking, quotations, and reservations using CRM/ERP software • Strong organizational and planning capabilities including scheduling and workflow management • Proficient in Gmail, Google Workspace, Excel, and other online platforms • Skilled in writing professional and persuasive communications #SolvoGlobal #LI-PROMOTED #LI-Remote
