You will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and qualifying high-potential leads within the financial services and enterprise sectors. You aren't just selling a chat tool; you are selling a secure ecosystem that enables global markets to collaborate without compromise.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Responsibilities:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling (LinkedIn).</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Lead Qualification: Vet inbound inquiries and outbound prospects to ensure a fit with Symphony’s value proposition.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Account Management: You will be responsible for the day to day account management of our regional accounts with the focus being on retention of revenue and growth of additional products and services.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Product Expertise: Conduct high-impact virtual demonstrations of the Symphony platform, focusing on security, compliance, and workflow automation.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads and develop strategies for breaking into "whale" accounts.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce to track lead progress and provide accurate sales forecasting.</span></p> </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong><u>Qualifications:</u></strong></p> <ul> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">Drive: We are looking for somebody with drive and a can do work ethic - Financial Services experience is a nice to have but not essential.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">The Communicator: You have a "phone-first" mentality and can articulate complex technical concepts (like end-to-end encryption) in a way that resonates with business leaders.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">The Hunter: You possess a relentless drive to hit targets and aren't discouraged by a "no."</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;"> <p><span style="color: #000000;">The Strategist: You don't just blast emails; you research your prospects and tailor your approach to their specific pain points.</span></p> </li> <li style="color: #000000 !important;" ...
