It’ll be our first introduction to your user-centered product design experience.</p> <h4>YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON</h4> <ul> <li>Lead and scale a multi-disciplinary design team, fostering a culture of deep thinking, innovation and collaboration</li> <li>Define and drive the design vision in alignment with company objectives, ensuring our work is both impactful and deeply user-centered</li> <li>Lead design strategy and guide execution across a range of projects, focusing on our most complex feature sets that merge hardware with data-driven intelligence and innovative hardware <> software experiences</li> <li>Ensure the team delivers high-quality, impactful design solutions that sweat the details. Ability to roll up your sleeves and help the team get work over the finish line</li> <li>Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Industrial Design, UXR, and Analytics teams to align design goals with business and user needs</li> <li>Advocate for design thinking across the organization and drive alignment on design approaches</li> <li>Optimize workflows and design operations to increase efficiency and impact. Establish and implement best practices for prototyping, design artifacts, and interaction logic</li> <li>Champion user research and data-driven decision-making to inform design solutions, ensuring we are always putting our users first</li> <li>Advocate for accessibility and inclusivity in design, making sure our products serve and uplift a diverse range of users</li> <li>Provide coaching, feedback, and career development support to the team as well as hiring top design talent, ensuring a thriving and motivated team culture</li> <li>Oversee contributions to the company’s design system, standardizing cross-functional workflows and ensuring consistency across products</li> </ul> <h4>YOU BRING TO PELOTON</h4> <ul> <li>12+ years of experience in product design, with at least 6+ years in leadership roles managing high-performing teams</li> <li>Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes as well as examples that demonstrate strong outcomes from your design leadership</li> <li>Experience defining and executing long-term (1–3 year) design strategies that move the needle on core business KPIs</li> <li>You excel in influencing product direction and thrive when aligning your team’s work with organizational goals</li> <li>Excel at coaching designers to level up UX, UI, and Content Design craft while fostering an environment of continuous learning</li> <li>Proficiency in modern design tools (Figma a must) and prototyping software</li> < ...
